Turning a Corporate Website into a Practical Product and Sales Resource
Project Background
The existing website had been in use for years, but product categories, solutions, company capabilities, and contact details were spread across disconnected pages. After sharing the site, sales staff still had to send extensive product and company information separately through WeChat.
For buyers, learning about one machine is only a starting point. They also need to know which processes it supports, what technical help is available, and who to contact next. The website therefore needed to connect products with business scenarios and give first-time visitors a clear route through the information.
Design and Implementation
The project reorganized the product center, industry applications, technical capabilities, company information, news, and business contact content. It also rebuilt the homepage and major secondary pages, improved mobile browsing and inquiry paths, and added content management tools.
Product pages begin with equipment use, then explain key features, suitable scenarios, and the relevant contact path. Industry application pages start from the customer’s workflow and connect it to suitable products, so visitors do not need to search by model number alone. Company and technical information appears beside the content it supports.
A clear visual hierarchy and large equipment images leave room for detailed product explanations. On mobile, images, specifications, and inquiry links remain easy to read. The content system follows the team’s routine for updating products and news.
Final Presentation
Products, capabilities, and contact paths appear in one place, allowing the website to support sales sharing and business discussions directly.
The redesign makes published information useful during real sales conversations. When a salesperson shares a product or application page, the customer can continue to related information instead of returning to the homepage to start again.
